    This just in!

    Happy Halloween, NoVA! Allison Moser, the general manager at Sundog Tees in Fairfax spent over 200 hours making a giant Mr. Potato Head costume. It looks like all that time and effort paid off because she won the Today Show Costume Contest this morning. Here are Allison and the other four finalists showing off their costumes:
