Virginia Scottish Games & Festival
Aug. 31-Sept. 1, 9 a.m.-6 p.m. This is a festival you will definitely not want to miss, no matter what your heritage. Consisting of two activity-packed days, this festival is meant to celebrate those in Northern Virginia with Scottish heritage, but will be entertaining for all.  ‘Winnie the Pooh’
Aug. 31-Sept.29, Sat. and Sun. 1-3 p.m. Return to Workhouse Arts Center for a romping adventure through Hundred Acre Wood. How will Pooh and friends react when two newcomers, Kanga and Roo, arrive in the forest? Mount Vernon Nights at the Workhouse
June 1-Aug. 31, Saturdays at 7 p.m. Cease wondering what to do with your Saturday nights and visit the Workhouse instead for eine kleine nachtmusik. This series of summer concerts is only enhanced by arriving early and checking out the art galleries in advance.
