Screaming Seeds shakes up spice racks

Piquant Palate founder Stacy Luks so fell in love with Australia whilst living abroad, she’s now working to bring some of Down Under’s most unique flavors stateside. Her Screaming Seeds spice collection does just that, producing outspoken herb medleys ideal for cooking, marinating or sprinkling on just about anything that could use a savory punch.

Favorites include: Rainforest Station (featuring celery seed, thyme and lemon peel tempered with brilliant flashes of fresh peppercorn), Moonlight Dreaming (fantasy blend of coriander, garlic, fennel and indigenous Australian salts) and Dukkah (earthy combination of cumin, sea salt and sesame seeds).
