Get an early start on hostess gifts and Christmas presents at the Kiln Club Holiday Sale. During the first weekend of November, over a dozen artists will be displaying their latest and greatest handmade creations for your perusal.
From clay bowls to tree ornaments and vases, there will be a large selection of clay goods at the sale. If the words glazed, fired and painted sound appealing, be sure to check out the vast array of functional stoneware and pottery.
Looking for unique jewelry for a gift this Christmas? The Kiln Club will also have ceramic baubles for sale, too.
Made up of more than 90 artists from the DMV area, members of the Kiln Club are specifically skilled with all things clay. For more of their work, stop by the Torpedo Factory Art Center’s Gallery in Alexandria, where many artists are juried members. Themed shows are held every other month in the Gallery.
