Contest Rules
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive: One night accommodations for four (4) people (winner and three guests) quad occupancy (four people, one room) at The Hotel Hershey; Four (4) two-day passes to Hersheypark Amusement Park; One (1) round of golf at Hershey Links; One (1) fifty (50) minute Cocoa Massage; and a $100.00 HE&R gift card that can be used at most HE&R properties. The approximate retail value of the Getaway Giveaways prize package is $1,015.00; no purchase is necessary in order to win it. To enter the contest, you must either confirm that you’re already a registered user of our website, www.NorthernVirginiaMag.com, or register for it below. You must also provide your primary phone number and confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and a resident of the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. Only one entry per person will be counted. The odds of winning are based upon the number of valid entries received. Northern Virginia Magazine and Hershey staff members, as well as family members thereof, will be excluded from the contest.
The entry deadline is May 21, 2009. Northern Virginia Magazine will select a winner at random and announce that winner on or around May 22, 2009 at www.NorthernVirginiaMag.com.
The approximate retail value of the prize is $1,015.00. Use of the Grand Prize is based on availability, which will be determined by HE&R. The Grand Prize winner is responsible for all costs not specifically included in the Grand Prize package including, but not limited to transportation (including all transportation costs), gratuities, incidentals, and meals. The Grand Prize is not redeemable for cash. Any interpretation of the Grand Prize shall be made within HE&R’s sole discretion. The Grand Prize is not transferable. No prize substitutions, exchanges or cash equivalents will be permitted by the prize winner, except that HE&R reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value if deemed necessary by HE&R in their sole discretion.
