Need a little help with your holiday menu planning? How does a free e-cookbook boasting nearly three dozen recipes from some of the most sought after celebrity chefs sound?
While SiriusXM listeners will enjoy the added benefit of chatting up Martha Stewart and the well seasoned chefs she’s recruited to help man her special “Thanksgiving Hotline“, the rest of us can take a page–56 of them, to be exact–from her complimentary Hotline Recipe playbook.
If I weren’t traveling this holiday, you’d better believe I’d be all about crowding the table with:
* Michael Lomonaco’s roasted oysters with country bacon (lardons, tarragon, smoked paprika);
* Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s lemongrass turkey (shallots, Thai chillies, fish sauce);
* Pierre Schoedelin’s braised cabbage (sausage, tomato sauce, pork belly), and;
* Lidia Bastianiach’s chocolate bread parfait (espresso, dark rum, toasted almonds).
And I’m excited to give Nigella Lawson’s co-opted turkey hash (sour cream, Tabasco, black olives) a whirl with whatever leftover bird I can liberate from friends/family/co-workers/total strangers.
