I remain in complete awe of how much snappy food commentary is floating around the Interweb. It truly is a great time to be a pop culture aggregator:
* Charm City’s The Minx (@DaMinxy1) for skewering chefs-turned-shills in style;
* Shameless satirists The Onion (@TheOnion) for returning wanton scorn to the food policy toolbox;
* Carnivore canaries Kat Kinsman (@kittenwithawhip) and “Weird” Al Yankovic (@alyankovic) for their unwavering faith in mystery meats;
* Existentialist eater Kim (@SilkPillow) for summarizing the tao of tiny cakes;
* South Florida food maven Jaden Hair (@steamykitchen) for prioritizing when it comes to pig parts; and,
* Aspiring chef Rebekah Pizana (@iwritegourmet) for being as a serious as a heart attack about dessert.
Great stuff, across the board.
