Starting today, All four Rocklands locations are celebrating the end of winter weather by adding some unconventional meals to their standard menu.

These include-

Grilled Halibut

Caught in the wilderness of Alaska and served with caramelized onion rice and mango salsa.

Wild Boar Sausages

Served with collard greens and honey mustard, guaranteed to make you say yum!

Snapping Turtle Chili

Served with honey jalapeno cornbread and sherried sour cream, but it won’t be arriving until Thursday.

Muskrat Poppers

A popular dish served with curried red pepper cream.

Venison Half-Smokes

Served “all the way” with cheddar, sauerkraut, chili, and onions.
