Without further ado, presenting NoVA’s King and Queen of Halloween …
Joe and Cambrey Hameedi of Woodbridge, along with their two princes!

NoVA's King of Halloween Joe Hameedi and his two sons (Queen Cambrey not pictured)
Description of Their Best Costume Ever: Joe wore a “Came first” t-shirt message; Cambrey, a t-shirt that said “The Egg;” first son, a chicken costume; and second son, an egg costume.
Reasons Why It Was the Best: Cambrey says, “We answered the age-old question of ‘Which came first?’”!
Costume Origins: The chicken costume was given to the Hameedi family by Cambrey’s sister; the other costumes were homemade.
Inspiration for Wearing the Costumes: Cambrey tells us, “I had just had a baby and still had some of my baby weight. My son was an infant and was still in his carrier. I had gotten a cute little chicken costume from my sister and got the inspiration for the family outfits. Alone I looked like a ‘big egg’ so my costume was simple but funny. My son in his carrier was a cute little egg. My older son was precious in his chicken outfit. And my husband in his ‘came first’ t-shirt … well … even standing alone there was laughter about the ‘innuendo’ that can mean!”
