Your Shot To Create Something That Sells

Do you often find yourself in the card aisle thinking that none of the cards say and show exactly what you were hoping to express?

Dearest shoppers, perhaps you should go ahead and create your own. After all, you could find your creativity featured on store shelves in no time! Through Feb. 1, Hallmark is accepting submissions for the company’s “yourBloopers” greeting card competition, a card creation contest calling for “laugh-out-loud” photos and copy. If you create a card that impresses the Hallmark judges enough for you to become one of 60 finalists, it will be sold in more than 10,000 stores nationwide this summer!

Plus, after the Hallmark judges have picked the top 60, America will get to choose who is the best of the best. Should you be chosen as the grand prize winner, you’ll receive $2,500 (HELLO, new summer wardrobe!) and the opportunity to be a celebrity judge in a future greeting card competition.

Now before you hurry to pull something together pronto, note that the Hallmark judges will be looking for cards that:

• feature photos and writing that work well together
• could be sent to many different people
• are laugh-out-loud-in-the-card-aisle funny
