Fun New Shopping Site to Launch Friday

Good morning, shoppers! For those of you who, like me, can’t imagine a future that doesn’t include Internet shopping, get ready to add another “favorite” fashion site to those bookmarks and RSS feeds. Thanks to Co-owners Ivana Batal and Juliana Riahi of McLean-based private branding company IvanaJuliana and Ana Vlalukin, Riahi’s sister, come this Friday, May 15, we’ll be able to shop and share with fellow retail revelers at a hot new fashion site, hauteline.com!

According to the teaser site, we can expect hauteline.com to feature unique clothes, shoes, handbags and jewelry from designers who share a sense of top-quality design for life with the element of affordability … selections that are meant to enhance a woman’s beauty through the perfect combination of comfort and style.

The cutting-edge site, at some point this summer, will also introduce a number of fun interactive features that will allow members to do such things as upload their closets and swap and shop clothes, as well as to enjoy perks like drag-and-drop shopping. Hauteline.com members will also be invited to enter exciting contests, and discuss trends, faux pas and more.

Says Riahi, “Ivana and I knew that there are women and girls out there just like us, whose lives are super busy and filled with challenges and high expectations. We wanted to create a way for women to take some time out, escape, have a little fun, laugh, shop, chat with friends, and that is what we are offering with hauteline.com.”

But wait, it gets even better. Several of the site’s designers will take part in a trunk show at Lua Cheia (located across from P.F. Chang’s) in Tysons Galleria both this Saturday, May 16 (noon to 9 p.m.), and Sunday, May 17 (noon to 5 p.m.)! Some of the fashion-forward collections you can expect to check out there: Ashley Watson Handbags, Lara Miller, TT Collection, Lenny Swimwear, Karla Colletto Swimwear, LSpace, Ana Maria Fashions, Laura Lobdell, Olsenhaus Shoes and Luz Da Lua Handbags.
