Good morning, shoppers. I hate to be the one to break the news, but bathing suit season is upon us. Also, ladies, 10 points for whoever can define a “gusseted crotch.” Equinox trainer Lisa Grimmer can tell you: It’s extra material “down there” that makes cycling in particular a little less uncomfortable. Excuses to avoid exercise be gone!

Lastly, look for items with durable seams: something that can withstand a lot of trips through the washing machine. You get what you pay for here; Zobha, in particular, is long-lasting and fade-resistant. This brand is versatile as well, spotted everywhere from the private yoga studio to the weight training area.
