Just for fun… I like to shop for bargains at places like Forever 21, H&M, even Target! I also like Banana Republic, Express, and Cusp. For the best deals, vintage and thrift stores are the best. You have to do a bit of digging, but I often find the best, one-of-a-kind stuff; especially acessories!
Best deals are thrift and vintage shops – great for accessories. I love cusp (especially for deals) and dept stores like bloomingdales! Bargain places such as forever 21 and H&M are good too!
I have found great bargains at the Saks outlet. If you sign up for their mailing list, you often get discounts in addition to the generously discounted merchandise. For great accessories, H&M, Forever 21 and the Eastern Market in DC never fail! In my experience, I find the best bargains unexpectedly.
Discount retailers like Loehmann’s, TJ Maxx, and Marshall’s for shoes. Of course, Leesburg Outlets and Potomac Mills for brand name stores with discounted prices Nordstrom Rack, BCBG outlet, CK outlet, BR outlet. The Reston Town Center Anthropologie, J.Crew, and BR are less picked-over than the Tysons II and Georgetown locations. If you’re in the mall at the right time when they have big sales, you can really score.

I, too, actually peruse the Goodwills in NoVA for a good bargain! It does take some time-but not always-and I’ve got may a brand named item there-some not even worn or straight from the dry cleaner!!
