Good morning, shoppers! Happy Friday!
As many of you dive headfirst into holiday shopping, I wanted to be sure to tell you about a local Web shop that offers stylish clothing and home decor to help benefit women and children who are victims of domestic violence. The site I’m referring to is loveshouldnthurt.com, featuring a special product line of the local charity Knock Out Abuse, which this year celebrates 15 years of helping combat domestic violence.
Twenty percent of the proceeds from the site’s PJs and robes (like the fun robe to the right) as well as tunics goes to the charity to benefit domestic violence programs nationwide.
Cute, huh? So cheery.
Happy shopping!
Ps. If you live in Fredericksburg or plan on taking a trip there this weekend, stop by Simpatica (810 Caroline St.) for a Pre-Black Friday Preview with tastings of treats like Cranberry-Jalapeno Meatballs, provided by Wildtree, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Those who place a Wildtree order will receive 10 percent off Simpatica purchases, including designer denim.
