Good morning, shoppers! Whether you’re at work today or enjoying the holiday away from your typical to-dos, I figured you’d find it fun to gush about last night’s red carpet fashions at the Golden Globes! Have a favorite? Personally, I have to go with Kate Hudson … glowing and gorgeous as always, and in an ensemble totally unlike that of anyone else. I also adored the looks of Penelope Cruz, Jennifer Aniston, Drew Barrymore and Emily Blunt. Of course, Halle Berry was absolutely stunning, too, per usual — same for Oliva Wilde. As for the fellas, Colin Farrell and Bradley Cooper all the way! I won’t get into the red carpet misses, but please feel free to do so below!
Speaking of hits and misses, if chick flicks are never a hit with your man (“Leap Year,” anyone?), plan right now to make this Wednesday a girls’ night out. The Dandelion Patch in Reston along with Sterling Women–Shopping, Dinner, Movies has declared Jan. 20 “Movie Night.”
Here’s the deal:
Spend $50 at The Dandelion Patch, and earn a free movie ticket.
Spend $100 at The Dandelion Patch, and earn a $20 gift card to American Tap Room.
Spend $150 at The Dandelion Patch, and earn a $20 gift card to American Tap Room and a free movie ticket.

The story might provide some temporary echos but they are not amazing ones that will largely be forgettable within a couple of days.
