Queen Bee: the Buzz on the Hill Today

Good morning, shoppers! Though the skies may be a bit grey today, fortunately there’s no shortage of sunny news on the shopping front. First of all, remember that today is the first day of Pear Tree Cottage’s five-day Second Anniversary Sale! Today also marks the last trunk show of the season from Queen Bee Designs … and it’s a biggie.

From 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. today, Queen Bee is keeping Capitol Hill abuzz about jewelry instead of political jabs (well, maybe the hive is reducing the number of jabs at least). They’ve set up shop at Cornerstone Government Affairs (300 Independence Ave. SE), giving Hill staffers a chance to peruse Queen Bee’s latest gems while helping benefit the Prevent Cancer Foundation.
