While the handcrafted cutlery is a tad pricey, you get what you pay for if you ask me. Made of steel, the knives are super strong. But even more importantly, they’re unbelievable sharp and stay that way for a long, long time. I have been using several of the knives for years, and they’re still razor-sharp. Plus, I rest assured knowing that when they do finally lose their edge (the puns just keep on coming), the company will sharpen them for free.
