Hello there, shoppers! If you’re gearing up to entertain at your abode for a festive, holiday season soiree, and are perplexed as to how you will keep your preferred pours at the proper temps, SWAG’s done you a solid.
For instance, perhaps you want to keep some hot spiced cider or cranberry tea steaming hot for hours on end without making your guests ladle the stuff over the stove. Simple, with today’s Sure Thing: the Copco Chloe Carafe, just $13.95 on Amazon.
Such was the scenario at the birthday party my hubs and I threw for our baby girl on Saturday. I wanted to be able to spend less time serving and overseeing, more time celebrating. Not to mention, ladling hot cider can be very messy, and our galley kitchen quickly fills up too fast.
The party was at 1 p.m. Around 11 a.m., I filled both of our Copco Chloe carafes with boiling water, to preheat them (per the carafe directions–only 15 minutes is required); to pre-chill, use ice water. Then around noon, we filled them with steaming hot cider.
As the party rolled on into the late afternoon and then evening, soon everyone was commenting on the carafes. “I can’t believe that cider is still so hot!” “Who makes those carafes?” “Seriously, that cider is still super hot! What’s the secret?!”
I think we now know at least three different households planning on purchasing them. My bro may have even ordered up one or two on his iPhone at the party.
Just before 9 p.m., way over cider but wanting to test the carafes’ endurance, I sipped some more of our sour-sweet concoction. Still very warm — no need for nuking.
Amazing!
Happy shopping!
