How to get it done:
1. Start with cutting your material into two squares of fabric of a desirable size.
2. You want to form a “pillow case” shape by sewing three edges of the two pieces of fabric together. Leave about 1 1/2′ seam around your bag. Remember to leave one side open. (If you use a sock, this is already done).
3. Turn material inside out so you can’t see the stitch work.
4. Pour your filling inside. Note: make sure you don’t put too much filling inside your pouch. You want your bag to fit comfortably to your body when finished.
5. Add lavender, rosemary or rose petals to your bag for a soothing scent.
6. Sew up the remaining side.
7. Place bag in microwave for 1-3 minutes (or until warm).
8. When removing your bag from the microwave, be careful, the filling may heat up quicker than expected.
