PRS Kentucky Derby Wrap-up

By Hilary Leister

The 15th Annual PRS Kentucky Derby Benefit was held on Saturday, May 1 at the home of Fairfax Supervisor John Foust in McLean, VA. Approximately 150 guests were treated to a McCormick & Schmick’s shrimp and oyster bar and a mint julep bar courtesy of the Trust Company of Virginia. Live and silent auctions, an exciting wagering table, ticket sales, and the 136th Run for the Roses helped to raise nearly $26,000. All proceeds will be donated to PRS programs that help individuals suffering from mental illnesses.
