Win Your Mom a Makeover!

In celebration of Mother’s Day, we were proud to announce a special essay contest in honor of area moms last month. As for the nearly 50 readers who participated: Thanks for telling us why your mom deserves a makeover!

As promised, all submissions were reviewed by Pink Karma Salon and Spa, and great news! Not only was one winner chosen, but Pink Karma was so impressed with the essays that the super-generous team selected four winners!

The grand-prize winner’s mom, Phoung Tran, will receive the “Day at the Spa” package (cut and color, makeup session, massage, facial, manicure and pedicure) worth $600! And, Cynthia Cuningham Glass, Mezhgan Aziz and Joycelyn A. Mason will receive a shampoo and blow dry, massage, manicure and pedicure!
