Prepare for an ethnic surf-and-turf succession like no other by sampling spiced beef kebabs ($3) featuring grilled beef and scorched vegetables brushed with a traditional Ghanaian spice rub (suya), tender goat nuggets ($6) accompanied by a mesmerizing homemade hot sauce and a croaker (firm but flavorful fish) rice dish ($9.95) steeped in oil and spices.

A Ghanaian staple, waakye and shitto offers rice mixed with black-eyed peas, herb-infused goat (amongst other choices) and a stinging ground seafood paste. A hail of cassava crumbs adds crunch.
