Cardiologists, beware. A basket of beer cheese fries ($4.99) summons spuds accompanied by chunky, brew-laced cheese (hearty and irresistible). The Cowboy Reuben ($8.99) trades smoked brisket for traditional corned beef, adds melted provolone and coleslaw, then presses everything between Texas toast. The Memphis King Burger ($9.99) piles fried onions and more beer cheese atop a barbecue pork-and-ground beef patty.
