Yes, this requires a minor splurge. But this trifecta of Japanese-style tapas is worth the extra buck. Wasabi gyoza ($6.25) are killer dumplings embedded with nasal-clearing spices and juicy pork. Ankimo ($8.75) reveals lobes of chilled monkfish liver flanked by sweet vinegar and a zesty radish-hot pepper blend. Beef tataki ($10.95) brings flash-seared meat decked out with a captivating ginger-garlic-onion garnish.
