Zap your senses back to life via fried lamb nuggets ($11) served with a puddle of fiery awaze, a homemade combustible composed of select Ethiopian peppers, ginger, garlic, hot mustard oil and a splash of Coke, and the not-to-be-missed tere sega ($11)—raw cow round slabs accompanied by spongy injera bread and more native spices.
