A skewer of fried olives ($6.79) delivers briny orbs stuffed with sweet tomatoes and chunky fontina, all breaded and fried to a crisp. Meanwhile, the voluminous baked ziti platter ($8.99) summons a bevy of slender noodles fattened up with ripe tomatoes, diced onions and marinara residing in a calcium-rich net of mozzarella, Parmesan and more fontina.
