The components of Kora’s 12-course tasting menu are no psychedelic, single-bite museum pieces. We’re talking generous forkfuls of classic Italian culinaria sans the fashionably inflated price tags familiar to avant-garde dining enthusiasts. Chef Amadou Ouattara works wonders with vegetables (beet gastrique complements spiced squash), meats (prosciutto and sage envelop tender veal) and seafood (roast salmon swims in saffron orzo).
