Angry shrimp$15
Angry meaning "spicy," 7-8 large poached shrimp (half a pound) tossed in a spicy smoked tomato sauce with poblano peppers, red onions, cilantro and avocado.
Ceviche$14
Our version of a trio of tilapia, white wine braised octopus and scallop, dressed Peruvian-style with aji limo chilies and lime juice. Served on a bed of frisee with yellow cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and hearts of palm.

8 ounces of grilled skirt steak served over a salad of arugula, frisee and radicchio that is tossed with grilled mushrooms, balsamic vinaigrette, red onions and chunks of blue cheese.
Tuna tartare$19.00
Four ounces of high quality sushi-grade bluefin tuna from South Australia (check out "Tuna Wranglers" on the Discovery Channel--they supply our tuna) is diced and tossed with capers, shallot, lemon juice, olive oil and tiny cubes of pepper gelee. It's served with red and yellow endive (to use as edible spoons), cilantro creme fraiche and a small watercress salad.

Grilled asparagus, frisee salad, sauce gribiche (a mayonnaise-style egg sauce. The sauce is finished with chopped pickles, capers, parsley, chervil and tarragon). A ham "chip" accompanies the dish.
