Food is way overpriced for the taste. Ambience is a positive factor but the extremely bad service easily overpowers that. My husband's dish had a tiny hair in it and when we pointed it out to our server, he told us that it couldn’t be (although he hadn’t even bothered to take a look at it). He even said that maybe it was one of ours because this had never happened there and that there were no women working in the kitchen (what did that have to do with anything?). He just left and didn’t even bother to take the dish away. Only after we were telling the hostess about it, the server came back and asked if we wanted him to take away the dish. The hostess also gave the same excuse about women not working in the kitchen! No one offered an apology, and they made it seem as though it was somehow our fault for bringing it up (like we should have just kept quiet about it)! On top of all this, we were even fully charged for the second compensated dish! We were there for my birthday, and this kind of service was extremely disappointing.
