Don't let the dim lights and cozy atmosphere fool you, there's nothing pretentious here. Just tasty, comfortable and affordable French. The garlicky escargot with portobello mushrooms are salty delectable tidbits that will make you clean the bowl with your bread. The cassoulet with beans, stewed lamb, duck, and sausage is reason enough to frequent this bistro. A cozy, warm, comforting dish that melts your soul as you and the dish become one. Warning, it is very salty, but I love salt. Meat dishes here tend to come out better than the seafood dishes. Reservations are highly recommended since they have loyal patrons. |
