This place is small and the decor is a bit campy, but the food is great. I've been their twice and everything I've had was fresh, well-prepared and reasonably priced, I especially recommend the catfish (natch) which is tender, sweet and moist. I also enjoyed their calamari and steamed spiced shrimp. While I've certainly had better seafood, never food this good at this low price (that's why I gave the food a 10.)
