Having to move out to Winchester over 2 years ago, let's just say I was not thrilled at the prospect of no fine dining - Lo and behold I stumbled upon OBW. I have brought friends from DC, Maryland and Florida and all are blown away. Impressive wine list, without the exorbitant prices and the food and service is top notch |
