New shops are opening–just in time for your holiday shopping. Check out these brand new locations of your favorite fashion hubs!
The Fashion Centre at Pentagon City has announced the openings of Sperry Top Sider, Mezlan and Oakley, and they recently opened Kate Spade and Fire & Ice there as well. Famous for their boat shoe, Sperry Top Sider is scheduled to open mid Nov. Mezlan, known for their quality leathers imported from Spain, should open in early Nov. And world-class athletes will be able to shop at Oakley in early 2013–only a few months away!
In other news for you fashionistas, Mosaic District is hosting their first annual Mosaic Fashion Night on Nov. 13 from 6-9 p.m. Style editor Kate Bennet will host the event, and aside from fabulous shopping, they will show two films. A portion of the night’s sales will be donated to Starlight Children’s Foundation.
To celebrate their new store location, South Moon Under is holding a book signing during the Mosaic District Fashion Night (Nov. 13, 6-9 p.m.). Style blogger Emily Shuman, author of Cupcakes and Cashmere, will be there, as well as hosts and fashion bloggers Lacey Maffetone (A Lacey Perspective) and Liz Fassbender (So Much to Smile About), the co-founders of CapFABB. The store is at 2910 District Ave. in Fairfax. Guests can take 20% off store purchases, as well as enjoy gift bags and Georgetown Cupcake treats.
Also, we don’t want to leave these out! H&M just opened their newest D.C. store in Maryland’s Downtown Silver Spring, and C. Wonder recently opened at Tysons Corner Center.
