Good morning, shoppers! Happy Friday! Here’s looking forward to a wonderful weekend! Don’t forget it’s the perfect time to stroll the streets and lovely boutiques of Alexandria with the Old Town Boutique District’s annual Scavenger Hunt. Another important retail-related to-do this lovely weekend: Sign up for holiday portraits at The Dandelion Patch. While it may seem early to think about the holidays (unless you work for a magazine), we all know it’s never too early to start planning. The portrait sessions will be held at the Reston Store, Saturday, Oct. 2, at the Vienna store on Sunday, Oct. 3. And get this: The cost is only $50 — no troubleshooting the tripod setup either.
