Pho 75 has had the same menu for 30 years, and nothing is changing. Almost 20 different kinds of pho are offered here with combinations of chicken, meatballs, brisket, flank steak, skirt and eye-round steak. There’s dessert, too: Jello in coconut milk. –NB
