Ray’s the Steaks is equally known for its minimalist decor, fair prices (free sides!) and superb steaks. The no-frills front-of-house gives way to hardcore prep in the back of the house with an impressive steak-aging program. At any given time there’s about 10,000 pounds of beef being aged for up to nine weeks. –SG
