Ashburn’s premiere wine bar is fresh off a remodel that owner Jason Bursely says gives patrons a new outdoor experience, complementing the wine bar’s 70-plus vino selection, not to mention its inclusion of 60 bourbons and 80 craft beers for the non-wine inclined. Bursely adds that Parallel constantly rolls out new selections to ensure the experience never grows stale. –CC
