Drop in every Sunday morning for a free meditation class at Body Grace Fitness & Yoga (215 Mill St., Vienna) sponsored by Insight Life Services. The class is offered on a donation basis: The classes are free, but you are encouraged to donate funds at the end of class to support the teacher and space rental.
