Two more Senate Republicans announced they would not vote in support of the GOP’s health care bill replacing the Affordable Care Act, effectively killing the bill. Now Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is pushing for a vote to just repeal Obamacare with a “two-year delay” to transition to a replacement plan.
