Actress Rose McGowan’s attorneys to argue she was a Harvey Weinstein target; State to give $154 million to Metro annually

Monday, attorneys for actress Rose McGowan, who was arrested after cocaine was found inside the wallet she left behind on a Dulles plane, will claim in Loudoun County District Court that McGowan was targeted by Harvey Weinstein, the movie producer accused of multiple accounts of sexual assault and harassment.

Virginia will be giving $154 million to Metro each year in the hope that the public transportation organization will make necessary regional repairs.
