Statewide tornado drill planned for today; Arlington County attempts to make child care more affordable

The Arlington County Board has approved zoning rules in an effort to make child care costs more affordable. The zoning ordinances and amendments target regulations that child care business owners and county staff have said make it hard to run day cares or open new ones. (ArlNow)
