“Eating well is always in season,” according to True Food Kitchen, and now, rewards are too.
The national restaurant chain has three NoVA locations, one in Fairfax’s Mosaic District, one in Arlington’s Ballston Quarter and another at the Reston Town Center (opening spring 2020), and is known for everything from its quinoa burger to its kale guacamole. The restaurant was founded with healthy food in mind by Dr. Andrew Weil, a physician of integrative medicine and an advocate of the anti-inflammatory diet.
In partnership with Thanx, True Food Kitchen is now offering guests a loyalty program and digital platform that offers personalized rewards and customized experiences. True Insider, the app that will track customer’s frequency of purchases and offer them rewards over time, allows users to mobile order, make reservations and manage their accounts.
Rewards will be divided into bronze, silver and gold tiers based on annual spending. Depending on a user’s tier, they will be eligible to receive offers from gift cards and priority seating, to invitations to special events, such as cocktail workshops, gardening seminars and preview tastings.
Guests who register for the rewards program by May 31 are considered bronze-tier, and will receive an instant reward of $10 off a $25 purchase. They will also be entered into a gift card giveaway with 100 $50 gift cards up for grabs, and be eligible to receive free True Food Kitchen for a year (only one winner will be chosen nationwide).
