Super heroes are seen are seen as being in peak physical condition. That’s probably why dancer and fitness guru Keaira Lashae named her workout and healthy living program “Super Hero Fitness.”

Lashae offers free YouTube videos of workouts that you can do at home, and on her website she sells a Super Hero Fitness meal plan so that you will have the tools to charge your body up for her high energy workouts.

While Lashae is a certified trainer and kickboxing instructor, she is also a talented dancer. Dance is the inspiration in many of her workouts, especially from the Caribbean and Latin America. Not quite ready for a fully new fitness regimen? Consider adding some of Keaira Lashae’s upbeat dance music to your existing workout where she sings on the tracks.
