Total Run Training Series

 12th Annual Walk for Mental Wellness
May 4, 9 a.m.-noon
Put on your walking shoes and make a difference through this annual walk to raise awareness about mental health and wellness in the Fredericksburg community. Pilates Day 2019

 Doggy Noses & Yoga Poses

14th Annual Yoga on the Mall

Each year, thousands of people from the DMV area and beyond head to the Washington Monument for a day of community fundraising and yoga flow.
