We’ve all seen them but, before now, we never knew how to achieve the look. I’m talking about the bendable necklace. This is the necklace that can be twisted, knotted or even crumpled up to change your look entirely. Have a black-tie dinner to attend? Loop it into circles to give it a one of a kind design. Dressing up a t-shirt and jeans? Tie it into a knot and make it a statement necklace. Whatever you’re dressing for let this help guide you for your next quick outfit change.
Lengthen the necklace to as long as it will go. Wrap around two fingers and pull through the hole. Tighten like a knot. Adjust to preference. / Photo by Mike Ramm.
Lengthen the necklace and twist folding one side over the other at the bottom allowing for a circle to open. Fold the circle towards you and smooth the circumference. / Photo by Mike Ramm.
Without putting the necklace over the head wrap it around the back side of the neck meeting the two end points at the front. Loop one end through the hole of the other and pull through. Adjust to allow a tear drop to hang. / Photo by Mike Ramm.
Twist the necklace folding one side over the other at the bottom allowing for a circle to open. Widen the inner part without losing the circle. Twist the outer portion of the necklace to create another circle so two adjacent circles form, continue to widen the inner section without losing the circles. Twist the outer portion to create another circle and fold the third circle inward to create the final loop. Adjust to preference. / Photo by Mike Ramm.
