For over a decade, the DMV region’s movers and shakers have had Pamela Lynne Sorensen on their speed dials. The Arlington resident was the brains behind the popular, local blog Pamela’s Punch until 2016.

Recently, she’s parlayed her extensive contacts list and fundraising prowess (she’s raised millions over the years for charitable causes) into High Frequency Consulting, LLC, a B-to-B that offers curated connections for local businesses and nonprofits, plus strategy sessions and business development services.
