The Bloom Salon offers all the attendant luxuries you would expect at a high-end salon (Hello, Champagne!), but co-owner Anne Landry also strives to make the experience earth-friendly. The Tysons salon recently received a Green Circle designation, meaning Bloom is 95% sustainable, with everything from hair color to foils to actual hair getting recycled. In June, the salon starts offering Pura Luxe treatments, a nontoxic alternative to harsh hair straighteners. Here, Landry shares some of her NoVA fashion and foodie faves.
Meet Me at the Mall
“I am hands down a mall rat of Tysons Corner. I love Zara and its constant new selection of clothes. One of my favorite Zara finds is this metallic jacket.” (Pictured above).
Sky High
“I love my Tom Ford high heels. They hurt, but they’re well worth the pain.” (Pictured above on Landry)
Building Blocks
“I still rock my Chanel LEGO clutch from 2013. I wear it with my mostly black wardrobe for a pop of color.”
Ford Focused
“I love Tom Ford lipstick in Anderson and blush in Wicked. Nice, blushy pinks compliment anyone with olive skin.”
Seaside Scent
“I’m obsessed with Côte d’Azur body wash by Oribe. Smell it and you’ll see why.”
The Eyes Have It
“Pat McGrath Lab’s Mothership II eyeshadow palette spices up the eyes with a little sparkle.”
All-American
“My husband owns American Tandoor. It has the best gluten-free menu.”
