Mindfulness for Stress for 2020

This winter, grocery store chain Giant is partnering with local nutritionists to offer a free, six-week course on maintaining a healthy, balanced diet. At each lesson, you’ll learn tips and tricks for creating a dietary routine, as well as several easy-to-make recipes your whole family will enjoy.
