Cartoon Cuts
Dulles, Fairfax and Springfield
Sometimes haircuts can be traumatic for little ones, so Cartoon Cuts chooses to focus on the fun side of things by having a lobby laden with video games, toys and an art table and by washing hair with some help from Ellie the Elephant’s Trunk Wash. While the trimming takes place, kids can watch their favorite cartoons, movies and games—you can even bring your own movie with you.
